The president of the Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries Marius Strackaitis made a report at the conference “Ten years with the Civil Code”

On the 9ht of December the president of the Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries, the administrator of the First Klaipeda Notary Office M. Strackaitis, made the report at the conference “Ten years with the Civil Code” marking 10th anniversary of entry into effect of the Civil Code that took place at the Seimas on “Issues and Experience of Ten-Year Application of the Civil Code in Notarial Practice”.
The conference was arranged by the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University and the Law and Order Committee of the Seimas in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Court of Lithuania, and the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences.
