The President of Lithuanian Notary Chamber, administrator of the first notary bureau of Klaipeda notary Marius Strackaitis on 22nd May participated in the conference held by Seimas European Information Bureau “European Contractual Law: Practical Usefulness for Trade and Consumers”. Among the participants of the conference organized at the initiative of the Seimas Law and Public Order Committee were the chairman of this committee Julius Sabatauskas, vice minister of justice Paulius Griciunas, a lecturer of the department of private law of the faculty of law of Vilnius Univerity lawyer Dr. Stasys Drazdauskas. Marius Stračkaitis made a report “European Purchase and Sale Contracts Law: From the Point of View of a Notary”.
