Notaries from Baltics convene in Vilnius

Notaries from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania convened at an annual Trilateral Council of Baltic notaries in Vilnius on December 3.
Representatives from each country introduced the developments linked to the notaries' work - legislature, notarial practice, lessons learned.
Issues of information technologies application to notaries' work, fighting money laundering and terrorism financing, expanding competences of notaries have been discussed at a meeting.
Sessions of Baltic notaries annualy take place in each country.
