The President of Lithuania’s Notarial Chamber, administrator of Klaipeda city First Notary Bureau, notary Marius Strackaitis represented Lithuanian notariat at the international notarial events in Saint-Petersburg: opening of the congress dedicated to the twentieth anniversary of Russian non-budget notariat on 13 May 2013, at the Session of the General Board of the International Union of Notaries (UINL) 13 - 14 May and at the International Legal Forum 15 0 18 May.
