German and Lithuanian notaries share experience in Kyrgyzstan

Delegation of Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries has attended a round table discussion on notarial perspectives in Kyrgyzstan, which took place in Kyrgyz capital Bishkek on July 2-4, 2019.
This event was held under initiative of International Union of Notaries (UINL) and Chamber of Notaries of Kyrgyzstan. President of Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries Marius Stračkaitis has delivered presentation on notarial legislation and arrangements in Lithuania. The presentation of lawyer of Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries Justas Čiomanas was dedicated to the ongoing development of electronic notarial system in Lithuania.
Vice President of German Federal Chamber of Notaries Richard Bock delivered presentations on German notarial arrangements, principles of Latin notariat and development of electronic notarial services in Germany.
Both Mr. Bock and Mr. Stračkaitis are members of UINL's International Commission on Notarial Co-operation (CCNI), which oversees the processes of notarial reforms in the world.
