Coordination and Methodological Council meeting in Saint Petersburg on 24 March 2017

The Coordination and Methodological Council of the Federal Notarial Chamber of the Russian Federation held a meeting in Saint Petersburg on 24 March 2017, attended by the president of the Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries Marius Stračkaitis. During the meeting the president introduced the participants to the registration procedure related to the inheritance title in Lithuania, discussed important matters of the notary practice.
The meeting also looked into such issues as rules for Russian notarial deeds performance, issues of enforcement records, basis and limits of notary duties, relevant changes in the Civil code, issues of the real estate registration, limited liability companies recording procedure, advantages of the notarial act, and other issues.
