On 10-11 November, 2005, the administrator of the First Notary Office of Klaipeda city, the member of Lithuanian Notaries’ Chamber Presidium, the notary Marius Stračkaitis participated in the first Europe’s notaries’ congress “Notariat without borders: legal defense service for residents of the European Union” that took place in Rome (Italy).
